Have nova launcher and purchased zypher icon pack last night.
I like that I can have different functions for swiping vs tapping the icons (ie I swipe my speaker icon to use Spotify, but tap it to open up my folder with soundcloud, Pandora, etc)

Take yours off if you don't care about knowing the time, network connectivity, and battery life while you are in app
