I used to be obsessed with fitness and going on this board
over the last few years I have kind of fallen out of working out.
I have been smoking a lot of cigarettes
here lately I have been having terrible chain pains.
I have to quit. what do I do /fit/?
I need to get fit again.

Nobody is saying it's ok. It's fucking terrible. We've all said stop smoking and do more exercise.
If you're looking for someone to bust your chops and motivate you, fuck off. We don't fucking care. Get a wife that hates your smoking or something.
