I've had this terrible acne right at the top left side of my for head for 2-3 months now and it won't go away. I dont even understand why or how it's there.

Op, I hope you hate that acne as much as I did when I had it.
Vitamin b5 aka pantothenic acid. Take 7g in the am, 7g at night. Now food sells cheap on amazon. Yes that's like 28 pills a day. It's benign and you'll piss out whatever you don't need. Also take optizinc, 2x a day with the b5.
Stop touching your face entirely. Change sheets and pillowcases every 3 days at most.
