Honestly I have the biggest white girl routine in the world. I'll do cardio 5x a week, and yoga about 3x a week, more if possible.
For lifting I do legs twice-three times a week, and then back/arms on the other two days. Core everyday, but nothing too major.
I honestly change up my routine all the time, it depends on what sort of mood I'm in when I enter the gym. On days where I feel like going heavy for legs I'll do deads, squats, lunges, leg press, all the generic leg exercises.
On lighter days I'll tend more towards body weight exercises than weighted ones.
I go with my friend too, so its also dependant on what area of the gym he's in. Still can't get over the anxiety of going to the gym by myself.

There is no exercise you can do to "fix" your core; your issue is entirely one of skeletal proportions. The bottom of your rib cage is very narrow, as is your pelvis.
Basically, you're what women who wear corsets are trying to achieve. Exercise will not widen your bones, but packing muscle on to your abs and obliques might help disguise your proportions slightly. Also, increasing your body fat could do the same, depending on where you store fat. Who knows if women even find those proportions unattractive, so you're best off not worrying about it, though you're definitely in the narrow portion of the bell curve (hah).

U/L splits like Candito Intermediate/PUHL/PHAT are great. Throw in 1 more arm/shoulder day if you have extra time, do some Smolov Jr cycles for bench and squat also
