Warmups are funny. I try not to take things too seriously. I've been to meets where warming up is near impossible.

One gym had a bar rated for like 500 lbs. It was bent, and there was only 400 lbs of plates.

Top guy almost bombed out because he couldn't get warm. We had to keep swapping weights for the female lifters and Seans that were warming up with lower weights.

Still had fun, though.

I've been trying to improve my scrotal leverages. I've been tying weights to my balls. That, plus being 30 years old with sagging balls, means that I don't have to squat as deep.

Bracing looks good. Arch is nice. If anything, you just look soft in the legs.

If someone came along and kicked your legs, they shouldn't go anywhere. Looks like you loose a little tension after setup, just as you prepare to unrack.
