Used to get ~10mbps. Asked my provider if I could pay for increased speed repeatedly and told it was impossible. Google said they were bringing fiber to my city "eventually" within a week my isp bumped me up to ~130mbps for free without even saying anything. The problem with internet speeds is the monopoly, second there's any competent competition everything is set right
