The feeling that you should jump off that ledge -L'appel du vide, the call of the void. Its not really a suicidal thought, its just a thought to do something crazy. You have probably experienced it before. So I hope you are familiar with how your brain locks you out of actually doing these things.

I find that when I am talking to a girl about my feelings, especially when she says she likes me- this phenomenon occurs and my brains locks me out of saying what I want to say.

How do I fix this?
