hey, so here's what's going on:
1) had a head cold, sinusitus, yellow snot, etc.
2) had a flight with a transfer. on both descents i had t h e m o s t h o r r i b l e p a i n i n m y f a c e, my sinuses were literally imploding
3) several days later and i'm still blowing my nose and this comes out
Yes, see a doctor immediately.
When in doubt, ALWAYS go. Never risk it. One screwed up time is all it takes for you to drop dead.
Also that is an extraordinary amount of blood in that mucus, christ.

just to be clear, this has been happening since the plane, not just once. i think it might be pressure related trauma

And next time you have to be on a flight with screwed-up sinuses, bring chewing gum. It can't work miracles, but it helps.
