Hazamada chickened out on stand assault; Yukako not only went through with it but kidnapped someone, attempted to kill them for leaving, and had no repentance for her actions. She didn't even get a single wound from the whole ordeal besides the burn on her arm from Echoes ACT 2.
Hazamada was kind of a dick and attacked some people, but didn't actually go through with any form of sexual assault. He is literally better then Yukako.

The dude has been hype since the moment he first appeared.
