Where do you live where hurricanes cause you to freeze to death? Considering the hurricane season only lasts until November, and storms rarely occur after August anyway.

Interesting topic. I don't believe, that all those tunnels are connecting. Some of them might do, but I think you underestimate the sheer size of our planet. Those tunnels would have to go under the seafloor aswell, which I just can't imagine.
That said I think it's quite possible for there to be greater cavities and caves that are interconnected via tunnels, but stay kinda regional (eg the north american ones aren't connected with the eurasian ones). What's down there? I don't know. I know way too little about fauna that lives in really deep...

The part where he falls into the city at the end has always been kinda creepy to me.
So I was down metal detecting in Scarborough, England. I was hovering my detector along the sand, when suddenly a very VERY fucking strange sound came out of it. It sounded like regular beeping, but distorted and about 3 times louder, it made me jump.
Here is what I found, a small metal box. There was no lock on it, just a small latch, which then when opened would reveal a very fucking weird image. I don't get it at all, maybe it's someone's ARG or maybe it's some alien shit. I don't fucking know, but it's printed on some really weird material...
