Never been to /x/ before but I just had to tell someone what happened. I woke up about half a dozen times last night in sweats. Crippling and out of my mind fear. My arms and legs didn't respond and there was phantom pain crawling back down my sides and limbs almost as if being cut off from my head and withering away. Each time I just paralyzed in unprecedented fear in the dark of my room. I've never had panic attacks but they sure as fuck felt like it.
The dream was just never ending. Between the horrors in my head and finally waking up and unable to move...

The other item in boxes were toys. Simply small knick knacks. Small bears or a ball or some crayons. Each time it meant you were dead. It wasn't some jump scare the toys come alive and kill you. No it was almost always environmental. Like the floor would open up or water filled the room with no way out. Occasional something came and took me and the other. No shape or noise it just came and you were gone but you could feel it taking you.
At this point it doesn't sound very scary but I cannot stress...

I came from a place that similarly fits your description. The air is of smoke, almost like a haze. The image of your victims are branded into your memory as you awake for a short time spam before slipping back in. Welcome brother to the game.

I did this Kundalinic yoga technique and now I'm feeling really dissociated and scared. I feel like I went too far without preparation. I was spasming a lot and my whole body was shaking. Right now it feels like I'm constantly floating in and out of my body.
Are there techniques to help me get through this fear? I couldn't get the energy past the middle of my spine and I had to stop.
First of all: don't panic. There is never a perfect time to be "ready" for these things. But now that you started it...it won't just go away. Of course you have got energy stuck in you. Emotional blockages prevent kundalini rising. Work on being good to yourself, that is the key. You'll get through that the same way you got past being afraid of the dark when you were a kid, or any other infantile fear. Someday we simply get past it. So don't panic. Be patient. Everything is ok.
And this, children, is why you don't do "Kundalini" yoga. And this is a mild event. OP only fucked up their solar plexus, imagine what this stuff can do if it hits your brain wrong. Most teachers don't have a clue what they are doing. At the very least a teacher should be able to fix anything that goes wrong.
OP, you have over-stimulated your solar plexus. You can view this on a number of levels. Physical, your nervous system is over-active. You could get sedatives to calm that. Or do physically relaxing things; get a hot bath, listen to gentle music,...

Because encountering a ghost is proof that the world does not exist as you knew it. Your entire life experience is inherently wrong, everything you ever knew and believed in has been broken. There is an afterlife and you are condemned to it.

Rationally, it makes no sense to be afraid of ghosts since the most they can do is, what, scratch you? Cats do that, too.
If I was in an abandoned place and heard noises, I wouldn't be afraid of it being a ghost, per se, that it could be an actual person -- though, seeing an apparition would be scary, too, since you're trying to reconcile what shouldn't be.

People have been thinking what you are thinking for longer than recorded history probably.
The older you get the more fucked you realize things are. So it may seem like they are getting more fucked than usual, but im pretty sure things are just always like this.
Thats not to say happenings arent happening, all the time. Its just they happen on another axis of progression. The world goes along as it always does, and things caught up it fall off or ascend or something suitably nebulous.

I don't think Bigfoot/Yeti/Sasquatch is completely out of the question. In Australia, our natives have something similar called the "yowie", and they'll swear on life itself that they're real. Same with a water/land creature known as the "bunyip". I think I saw one once, on the Murray river, but it could have been a big fuck-off fish or platypus for all I know. All I'm saying is that people underestimate the size of the wilderness and the habits of the government to hide information. I know that makes me sound tinfoil but it's true...
