I was a kind of Louis Theroux type journalist visiting this large compound that was dedicated to treating the severely mentally disabled, on a desolate moor in rural Ireland, I was raining heavily. The doctor who was giving me a tour of the place looked vaguely child-molestery and was way too pleased to show me how the facility was run, the inside of the place had a very grey cementey look to it, they was an aura of a sickly green stagnant air everywhere inside, everything...

I noticed something slightly similar. I often have really vivid dreams and sometimes i would notice a man watching me. I never can get a good look at him because he would often be somewhere impossible to reach, like at the bottom of a lake or in a passing car. Sometimes I wouldn't notice him untill I wake up and I'll remember maybe seeing him. I'll see him frequently but not always. Sometimes I wonder if he's there but I just don't see him
