Does anyone ever get that feeling like you shouldn't be somewhere and you need to leave right away, like a tingling feeling on your back and going into alert mode, like I was sitting in my garden earlier tonight and I got a sudden feeling like I should gtfo, so I picked up my drink and left, wtf is that feeling?
>pic unrelated
For some reason your subconscious mind has taken some small details in the situation around you and has interpreted them as signs of danger. Sometimes it is accurate, and others not.

So I was at my grandparents when I was about 15. I remember waking up and not being able to fall back to sleep, so I sat on facebook on my phone for a bit. It was dead quiet in the house and any loud noises such as footsteps were picked up by the dogs and they would bark the house down. But as i started to hear footsteps...

This isn't the most exciting story, but it's the one that happened to me. I'm not making any of this up, if I did it'd be more interesting.
>Living with friends on an island in the marsh near Savannah, Georgia
>Riding home with my roommate, he tells me that the day before he and a mutual friend saw a deer in the road that disappeared when they got close

/x/,
I've been browsing this board for a while, simply out of curiosity, and as of recent, to see if there really is something out there that can't be readily explained by our cold reason and logic.
If you'd like to entertain me for a moment, I want to pose the following question:
>Have you ever felt that you've been contacted by some sort of deity, whether through dreams or intense meditation?
I'd like to tell you about an experience I had, just a few nights ago. Maybe someone can clarify it for me....

>The old man is speaking in some language unintelligible to me. I say this because he spoke, but not with words I could hear, but with words that I could "grasp" at with my mind's eye.
>I begin to see this mist creep up on me at the periphery of my vision.
>I realize now that I am standing in a church, center of the aisle, facing a row of pieces which are directed toward the altar (I'm perpendicular)

Thanks, anon.
This has just left me puzzled for the past few days.
Can someone explain this to me? Are the higher numbers what I am most dominant in?
No, they're degrees and minutes. Each sign has 30 degrees. For example, you're born at the end of your sun sign since it's on the 25th degree.
>>17237345
The Neptune sign is also 25 degrees. Does this mean these two have the greatest impact?
>>17237354
No, but the fact that they're 60 degrees apart is significant, since it's a hard aspect. Astrodienst is a decent free site that explains the basics of astrology pretty well.
Have human creativeness came with something more bizarre and horrifying than this?
I know its old, but still gold.
Help me, /x/, I want to be scared, I want to feel fear again.

This shit still haunts me on an unconscious level.

I know a lot of these state threads are popping up but I am wondering if there is any weird shit happening in NJ and around the Middlesex area. I'm pretty sure I saw a black triangle UFO week ago when I was visiting a friend's in Old Bridge.
hey im around there as well OP
i know a few good places that ive visited
I was at the Edison light tower last night, 1st time there as I am in the South Jersey area. Walking around the tower I had a weird vibe.
>>17233099
Think the Grifter was nearby? Remember: A large amount of the Grifter was inspired by events that took place in New Jersey.
what do you guys think about the existence of vampires? Do they really live in with us, blended in society or exiled in the shadows preying on us in rural no mans lands? Did Vladimir really sold his soul for the best deal imo. Is is a fabricated myth that is obsessing the world or is it some sort of disease that one can obtain and get similar perks as shown in mythology?
bumping for the cause
>>17229155
the chance that vampires exist is extremely slim.

You can't just say that without anything facts to back your statement

Whatever happened to the guy who said he lived less than ten minutes from the pavilion? He said he'd go back there and look around when it wasn't so cold outside. Did he ever go?
>>17238351
He was a role player.
Move along, nothing to see here.
He went to the pavilion but I was waiting for him, now his undies have joined the loli pantsu in my backpack.
>>17238365
I'm not talking about OP. I agree with you. OP was full of shit. I'm talking about the guy who took his niece out there but never made it to the pavilion because it was too cold outside.
So I was meditating to a mantra. Then about like halfway through it, it felt like something was guiding me me down onto my back. I tried staying upright but that only slowed it down, so I just gave in.
can anyone tell me about what happened?
>>17237899
It was working.
>>17237899
Dimension transition. You may have been hunched over in this dimension but you were sitting upright in the other.

congrats
Once when I was in college I had 5 days without sleep ( except from short nod aways and zoning outs) with help of friends and energy drinks because I had to turn in a big project. I have a bee sting allergy, and the last day, hours before the teacher received the homework ( he made us wait like for 5 hours) I was at campus and couldn't shake the feeling , that I had a bee on my pants. I heard it buzzing, sensed the wing movements, felt the fuzzy body, and all. I had to run to the bathrooms many times to make sure it was a figment of my mind, and even so I was sure it was on me.
Greetings, my roommate and I have been interested in the supernatural and demons for a long time. We are interested in summoning a malevolent entity to inhabit our house. We want the spirit to linger in our house (and only our house) after we depart, but would like help in this endeavor. We are strong willed, clear minded individuals who have been baptized but lack experience in this field. Thanks
Were can I look up chipchan? Give me all the info you have on her including speculations.
no way officer P
Ever since finishing Blood Meridian, I can't shake the feeling that he's still out there somewhere. The Judge never sleeps. He is dancing, dancing. He says that he will never die...
Well, that's sort of the main idea. Holden has always been there. Truly a Great Book.
>>17238437
At first glance you might think this is a cowboy book, but Holy Fuck. It's the bloodiest darkest thing you've read in quite sometime. Excellently written. And even scarier it's based on real events. Events at the Ferry Crossing are very well documented, but of course McCarthy adds a weird twist:
SPOILERS:
Think back to the old lady with the Traveling Show and the tarot card reading, where Holden makes a coin appear and disappear. The Reading foretells of the Ferry Massacre. They draw...

Well yeah. That's the scary thing about the book: people are capable of genuinely understanding the negative impact of their actions and still doing evil. The unthinking bullies and criminals shit things up for a bit but self-destruct. the people who are cognizant of their shittiness stick around forever to continue shitting. It isn't a fluke when someone's genuinely fucked, it's just an inescapable bit of humanity
made me think i'd subconciously browsed to /lit/ for a second there.
