What's the best way to go about embracing positive energy/overall aspects of life? I'm a hypochondriac with panic disorder and I'm constantly on the brink of freaking out, nothing ever triggers these episodes they just come as they please. I've been curious for some time now why there are so many parallels between early Christianity and other Eastern religions forming around the same time, across the Earth.
