Welcome to Divination General!
Come here for readings and discussion of theory/practice.

The practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by any of a variety of means.

New querents should reply to the post of a reader who's currently doing readings. An "air query" can be made to no one in particular, but no one in particular may answer you!
New readers should post that they're offering...

Will scry for a while, just give me your gender and query with a song. I don't scry appearances though some people might show up that could be relevant or not, don't take my words literally, expect symbolic imagery and spare me from sex and crush readings.

I would like a reading from you. I'm a female, and I would like to know if there's something messing with me from the occult/paranormal side. I've been suspecting there's something odd going on, but I cannot check myself.

Okay, guys, I've been doing a lot of research into the strange disappearances in and around the national parks, and trying to investigate possible causes. I've read the 'Missing 411' series by David Paulides, and read into various other sources... And I have a hypothesis.
Now, feel free to call me an idiot, a nit job, whatever. I don't care. But...
What if there is, and has been, a natural predator of humans? Perhaps another species close to homosapiens, or even something else. So far, I have a few questions about this mystery cryptid.
People...

That actually sounds plausible to me.
If it weren't for the strange things being reported, I'd want to lean toward
>forests are big and empty, serial killers
but unless they're evil psychic serial killers, that seems somewhat unlikely.

The elites have been using environmentalism as an excuse to transform more and more areas of our planet into natural reservations where humans are not allowed ( just google Green Agenda ). Of course the elites have access to these areas just fine, it's just the rest of us goyim that are not allowed.
So, considering what we know about the reservations and what we know about the elite's blood thirsty satanic practices, I propose that the reason people are disappearing is because they're stumbling...

Children found in places they couldn't possibly have gotten to on their own, or being recovered, unharmed, miles away from where they went missing from weeks, sometimes months later. Children often tell the strangest stories when rescued, telling of faceless creatures, or ape-like men who talk. Most troubling, perhaps, wad the story I heard where a young boy claimed to have been with "the fuzzy man" or something like that. Said he wasn't hairy, per se, but... Blurry. Out of focus. Perhaps some kind of camouflage?
Okay /x/ i want to talk about this feeling today. It happens when thinking of death deeply and the void of death. You feel this feeling in your chest. It feels like an endless hole would be in your chest. I cannot get this feeling anymore, it might be because i have already accepted death and have no regrets. Maybe it will come back, i don't know. I only know one person in real life who has had the same feeling but she doesn't want to talk about it because it is quite a scary feeling.
I will now greentext the way i got this feeling, i don't know how others...

Why would I ever want to invoke this? I spend most of my life trying to block out those feelings.

Because it is unusual and does not happen on normal conditions. It's all about exploring what exists and what does not. And one of the ideas of this board is to find odd and obscure things. That is also why i made this thread. I want to know more about this since i have first hand experience.
I feel that exact same feeling in my depressive states. A sinking, empty feeling right? A numbing quality to it, too. It's in music form at the end of Tchaikovsky's 6th.
How do i become a more high vibing, good vibe, dharma, God caren, or whatever you call the fact of having; if not good luck, a tranquil happy life, because actually i kinda have good luck in the sense that i always see worst escenarios than the ones that happen to me come close. I mean all of this in a metaphysic way, like spiritually or religius. Do i have to do some ritual, pray, WHAT do you reccomend me, i usually dont post or lurk in this board but ive seen some of you are into all these kind of stuff and i want to develop myself spiritually. Who is willing to help. Also...

Read the Bible, pray to God to help you.
Has there ever been mysterious attacks on police stations/forts on the frontier/military bases? Like everyone is just mauled to death?
Or even just houses and villages which got absolutely destroyed and human/known animals were not immediately or ever blamed?
Translation: Has anyone that couldn't be explained ever happened?

Someone explain to me manas-vijnana, alaya-vijnana and amala-vijnana, also the concept of "consciousness only".

Alaya-Vijnana (storehouse consciousness) is the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is not non-conscious, rather, it is a phenomenologically impotent, dormant, undifferentiated state of consciousness, which we experience during deep sleep. It underlies all waking consciousness constantly, and all "leves" of consciousness "above" it, in the same way the depths of the ocean underly its surface.
Our dominant, manifest, "surface" consciousness is an array of different senses...

I was at a UFO convention last week in Roswell, and there was a panel comprised of some investigators who claimed to mostly investigate cattle mutilations at the behest of local ranchers.
I asked them if they had come across cases of human mutilation, since I've heard of a few: they became visibly uncomfortable, and said it's a topic they know about but don't particularly like to discuss. Even so, I was told of a case he had heard of, near the Canadian border, about a woman being found in her car in a field with most of her organs surgically excised without any cuts, but instead appearing as if her organs had been "sucked out" through holes made in her torso, as well as other signs that have been observed in cattle mutilations. I was told he didn't know much about the case since police classified it as a homicide and did not give out much details.
He said most investigators and UFOlogists stay away from the human mutilation topic, and told me that the other "unspeakable taboo" in the UFO investigation community is that of "child abductions in regards to UFO activity".
Why is that, /x/? On the other hand, you'd think it'd be of the most pressing concern.
Pic-related, image of the human mutilation case of Guarapiranga, Brazil.
this might answer some questions.

>Why is that, /x/? On the other hand, you'd think it'd be of the most pressing concern.
Focus on the most pressing concern makes the majority of ufologists appear inept, because the cases are unresolved.
The taboo topics make grey positivists extremely sinister.

What exactly is their aim in mutilating cattle and humans? I was thinking perhaps these extra-terrestrials are like humans: that is, there may be fringe elements - individuals - in their society analogous to our serial killers and murderers who come to our planet for the sake of killing for pleasure.
Did I get it right? Is this how I can do long-distance conversing? Or am I missing something?
Bump, please respond, I need to know :(
Yes, but why not meet at a certain XY location instead?

Also let this be a general thread for helping each other find videos we can't seem to find anymore.
Bampu. Anybody?

This reminds me of that Marble Hornets video where Jay sets up a cam to record himself sleeping and Masky is shown crouching on top of his nightstand.
Pic related is an excellent [Horror] Movie. It's very vague and the end is mind fucking. Do yourself a favour and go see it.
Don't spoil yourself.
Is there alot of illuminati and satanic symbolism in it?
>>17894813
Yes, and it doesn't mean shit you tin foil hat wearing idiots.
Can we have a giant/gargantuan creatures thread?
I wanna know about your experiences with (human) deaths. Have you ever seen a murder? A fatal car crash? Have you ever stumbled across a body? I've never even been to a funeral in my life so I'm curious.

While I didn't find it to be very scary, I still really enjoyed it as a film.
Atmosphere was genuinely eerie and I felt very immersed in the world.
I give it an 8/10, which is a high rating in comparison to all the shit horror films being made these days.
Holy fuck, three times a day you pimp this fuckin' movie.
