What do you anons think about kundalini, the spiritual energy system of the body? I have noticed that when I begin to meditate daily, I get electric sensations up my spine, sometimes it even reaches all the way up to what feels like my brain. At times it even lasts a long time, a steady buzzing feeling in the skull and body, coupled with an intense amount of energy. I don't know what I am experiencing. I can't be the only one, anyone else have experience with something like this?

Yeah I felt that too, it's the energy going trough your chakra channels or something like this I'm no expert in Kundalini but practiced it for a while.

It describes a specific state that your Central Nervous System can take on when you are extremely relaxed, basically in a trance. Think of it as heightened awareness of your spinal cord/CNS. Regardless of your spiritual beliefs, it's actually a very beneficial state. If you have anxiety, it might make it worse though, and lead to a panic attack due to feedback looping.

Recently I've been having weird dreams where people in my life both dead and living are coming at me and trying to provoke me into hurting them violently, as the dream progresses I get more and more violent towards them and at the end I start murdering them.
It's almost as there's some kind of malevolent entities entering my dreamworld masquerading as people close to me. It's really unsettling when I start attacking my own dead mother in these dreams, are they trying to make me kill people in the real world?
Anyone else experience this?
Yes i have occasionally and it's not some ghostie in your brain. I think it's because I actually do hate people on an existential level but don't act upon it in real life so my animus bubbles up into dreams

The sound could be produced by temperature change shrinking and expanding the wood around your window. I've heard some strange noises in older houses from temp. And moisture changes.

Back when I was maybe 8 I had a tabby cat named Tigress, she had a special place in my heart because we grew up together. After sitting up i could see this ghostly cat figure walk along my feet, "Hello? What?" I thought this has to be a dream, i pinched my left arm to check to see if i was sleeping --nope.
Behind me I turned on my nightlight to the brightest setting, it was clear as day. Ghost. Cat. It wasn't going away, "Tigress?" I said , it looked at me, I wasn't scared, i was in too much shock. I looked to see my cat by my right, she didn't seem to react.

I don't believe in god that much, i've been raised atheist but I've never doubted the existence of ghosts because of this event, (this happened about 6 months after her disappearance btw)
So most my life I've had a young female spirit follow me no matter the location. She's comforted me in times of need. She's done things I can't explain. She's physically interacted with me. They said this is a way for her brain to recover. I've read that usually this happens to people who suffered a trauma because of self preservation but this is connected to a rare disease.
I know she has those memories. She told me her dreams few days after she forgot me and she dreamed the evenings she was with me only without me.
She knows nothing I know everything, damn the signs her subconcscious throws at her in those dreams. I've never seen anything like that.
She's almost near end of her medication, she still has the headaches but brain is recovering...

I think that was the first diagnose. She got it on November 18th '15. They told her that she'll eventually go into dementia. They gave her some medication that won't do shit. After that they spotted low Igg levels and now she's taking SCIg therapy. She kept assuring me that that was the wrong diagnosis and this is the right one. However it's a race with time she's losing now because it is taking long for a brain to recover.
