Recommend me some fantasy/action anime movies.
Movies exclusively, or series okay too? Also which have you seen so far?

Fate Series is obvious first recommend from me (/Stay Night, /Zero. /Stay Night UBW)
Code Geass is definitely a good choice.
Grimgar, but do note it takes time developing characters over action, so not really fast paced by any means.
A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Railgun. Same universe. A nice, simple anime, nothing super plot heavy and fun to watch.
Akame Ga Kill, do note it is pretty edgy tho, and a lot of people hated it, but I personally liked it. If you end up liking it, read manga too. trust me.
Things I haven't seen but have been recommended to me:
Darker than Black
Full Metal Panic!
Fairy Tail
Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis
I haven't seen any movies, really so I hope these series will work

Redline (This is one of the greatest action movies of all time)
The Cat Returns
Princess Mononoke
Porco Rosso
Howl's Moving Castle
Nausicaa
Spirited Away
(These are all Ghibli movies which all have superb animation and interesting and imaginative characters and worlds, so check out the others if you enjoyed the others)
Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro (You don't have to watch any Lupin to understand this) (This is also Ghibli)
Steamboy
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (Specifically Bloodlust, the original movie isn't so great)
Akira
Cowboy Bebop (You can watch it without seeing the show, but I'd suggest watching the show beforehand)
Sakasama no Patema
Hells
Welcome to the Space Show
You might not like some of these, since based off of the scores you gave some things, your taste is pretty bad. But I have confidence that you'll one day have good taste.

How have you never watched any movies?
I'll agree with this guy's recommendation of Code Geass though. It's absolutely crazy, but it's incredibly fun.

I'll just say the obvious, and most Ghibli.
Sword of the Stranger is more historical than fantasy (no magic) but it's pretty much nothing but action.
