That's what i use, but it's pretty uncomfortable. You can't choose a folder and you have to check back every picture because the Captcha is only valid for a limited time.

4chan X is the best you're going to get. The captcha's necessary for posting. Just highlight the stuff you want to post and drag-drop it into the post window and come back at intervals to solve captchas.
