i was in the same boat as you, i started with gundam00 and that got me hooked, if want somthing to start off i would say watch the new origin episodes, they are remakes and tell the story of how gundam started, theres only 2 out right now though, they are like movie length, and build fighters isnt really that entertaining if you arnt into gunplas

I think you should start with the beginning, because it's one of the better shows.
