mate just open paint.net, get a transparent fedora from the internet, in the bottom left click "create new layer" then post the fedora on that layer where you want, then save it

You assume everyone has knowledge of transparent pictures, software in which editing is easily doable and a general know-how.
Every request has those little steps we take for granted.
We can teach as well as spoonfeed, they're not mutually exclusive.
