Hi. Is it possible to play old ps2 game files on other consoles via usb? I would like to play pic related as it has been a childhood favorite. Any help or info is much appreciated.

No one is looking to play ps2 stuff on consoles anymore. If you really still want to play ps2 games you emulate it on your Pc or get a real PS2.
To play PS2 games, you need a PS2 emulator. PS2 games were written to utilize the specific instruction set and hardware of the PS2, so you need to recreate that in software (an emulator). PCSX2 is the most popular emulator and has Windows, Linux, and Mac versions. If you have a PS3, it can also play PS2 ISOs that have been converted to PS2 Classic format, but I'm willing to bet you'd need to mod it somehow for that to work with your illegitimate game files. The short answer to your question is "no".
