Ok wsr, we had a power outage today due to high winds and snow. Now that power is back my computer will not fully boot. It will start loading and shuts down at random times, almost like my heatsink wasn't working properly. I know it's running fine along with my radiator.what else could be happening?
your psu is shot.
I actually just bought this. It was fine before the outage, and the computer still boots it just doesn't stay on for more than roughly 30 seconds. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Try accessing the bios and seeing if it stays on. It it doesn't then you probably have some hardware problem like the PSU failing.
If it does then try booting in to safe mode.

IF YOUR PSU WAS SHOT. YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO TURN IT ON.
go to your bios and make sure its finding the correct drives,
also your tower setup is bad
