Yes, Timeline wise Kizumonogatari is the very first part of monogatari. Koyomi is unrelated side stories. You won't be able to find a translated rip for another year or so, because Shaft still has to make two other "movies" because it's a three part-er. I can almost guarantee you that Commie will probably be the fist group to translate it once it comes out, so just keep an eye on their site, but again unless you see it in theaters you won't get anything more than a camrip if you're lucky for another year.
