So I just put together a new PC and got a fresh copy of Windows 7 for my OS, and I was trying to adjust the transparency of the taskbar, but that feature isn't available to me, apparently, and automatic driver repair failed.

Pic related are my specs. Graphics card is Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card

Manually download the driver from AMD's website? I rarely trust Windows with things like this.

Make sure windows aero is enabled otherwise transparency effects don't work if I recall correctly.
