made this sometime back. it was shit on by /tv/ considering people there saw it as an outlet for me to show off my elitist taste; its nothing like that. this is for others to explore new directors' work thats all.
tl;dr: foreign does not mean its better

Requesting that you keep them coming if you have them, this is quickly becoming one of my favotite continuous threads.

Just a quick thought about this one: It's very good, but I see Asimov on there and I'm reminded of his Lucky Starr series. It's more a young adult sort of series than the rest of his work, but I remember reading a collection of the novels when I was younger and being really entertained and occasionally captivated. Maybe an Entry Level section could include it. Again, just a thought that's probably biased by my own experience.

What to do if I can't wake up after dreaming? What if I always fall asleep while trying to remember the dream?
Fuck this shit.
Might as well dump what I have. Love this stuff, but lost a lot of it cuz I have autism. Can't guarantee that any of it has already been posted or not.

>Caffeine chart /w no tea but soda
Wtf
>>10021
tea doesn't contain a great deal of caffeine, that's why
>>10025
that's very wrong, at least for black tea
>>10028
Google says black tea has 20mg caffeine per 100g. Doesn't seem like a lot really. Especially when a can of coke has 32mg.
I may be wrong but I've always been under the impression that tea contains only a small amount of caffeine compared to coffee, energy drinks and the like.
>>10039
A cup of black tea has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Maybe a little less.
>>10039
That's prepared tea, ya dope.
From that we can deduce that a can of tea would contain 20*(330/100)==66mg, which is nearly twice as much as coke.

Got some more /vp/ stuff if anyone gives a shit
>>10262
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't spore be much better than sleep powder? It has 100% hit rate compared to 75%, and if this is for ORAS you can pretty easily catch a shroomish.

>>10906
I wish we still used MSN in 2015, that was the death of an era for me

When Skype came and replaced MSN it was amazing but Skype has gone to shit ever since Windows started shitting it up (Like they did with MSN that caused the death of it)

Howdy Lurker!
yes! sound is measured in decibels, which is a logarithmic unit, obtained from the formula
level=10log(Ls/Lb)
where Ls is the loudness of the sound, and Lb is our hearing threshold.
Basically this means that sound level is not linear. Three decibels more is generally a double in perceived loudness.
Tow horns is not twice as loud as one horn. to get twice as loud, you'd need 10 horns.
This means that, as an exponential function, the curve of sound-pressue vs loudness would look like >pic related. An exponential curve.
>>12932
This is also the system the richter scale uses to get it's number, but it's equation is #=log(I/b) there I is intensity, and b is baseline.
