I've got an old dell optiplex 320. I know it's ancient but it serves it's purpose.

My question is, it only seems to work with 1 kind of ram. (Pic related)

Other ram with the exact same specs don't work. Any ideas?

For example, this ram is the exact same as far as I can tell, but it does't work? Computer won't post and just does the 1-3-2 beep code. Along with several other modules I've tried. Is there something proprietary about 320's?
