I have a D-Link DWA-123 USB wifi adapter, and it's not working in Fedora 23. I tried multiple Fedora spins and it doesn't work with any of them.
It always worked out-of-the-box in Ubuntu and friends.
I can't seem to find any useful info around the web.
What do?

Just install the drivers?

Use lshw to see what kind of device it is, and search for its drivers with that info.

There isn't, and has never been, any way to install RPMs without downloading them over wifi.

So I installed lshw, device has some 2001:3310 number
It seems the driver I need is r8188eu
I'm googling around like a retard but can't find instructions on how to proceed
