Your test is sophomore level math.

y = ax^2 + bx +c
= a(x^2 +(b/a)x + (c/a))

The graph is stretched in y-direction by the factor a
compared to the graph of y = x^2 + (b/a)x + (c/a)

>Vertex / line of symmetry
x = -b/(2a) is the line of symmetry, put it in the formula to obtain the y-value of the vertex.

>y-intercept
set x = 0, look at the constant term in the formula

>x-intercepts
set y = 0, calculate the zeros with the usual formulas.

protip: check your sketches with wolfram alpha, but try to do it before alone.
