Just got a new laptop after the old one broke. It's a Xps

Just got a new laptop after the old one broke.
It's a Xps 15 dell with a 4k screen. Seems gud, but sometimes some pages or programmes are displayed kinda blurry and shelled. It's seems like they are in low res, it's really annoying (happens even with "big" application like iTunes and others).
I'm such a noob in these things, dunno what is the problem and how should i fix it. Suggestions?

windows scales horribly with higher resolutions, all you can really do is trying to use a higher dpi for text (it should be in the windows options)
