I'm currently running win 7 and im looking to upgrade to win 10 but I also want to migrate my OS from my HD to an SSD while i'm at it. Anyone know the best way to maintain all my files on my HD and just migrating my OS?

All the programs seem to want to clone my entire HD

Use this: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209
to get an iso file of w10 then install w10 on your SSD with it. Change boot order in your BIOS to boot on your SSD. Delete everything related to OS on your HD.
