How can i download videos from https websites?

I've been trying to figure it out for the past few days but had no luck. Picture somewhat related, the website i want to download them from is using embed vimeo videos

usually (maybe half the times) there's a link on vimeo site (video link) for downloading the vid. or try keepvid or tubeoffline
