Is it a logo? If it is, the text needs to be readable from afar. The "the" for exemple is too small. Maybe use only the initials or call it Brass Band .
The silhouette is really complicated, too many little details. Opt for a single instrument.
Mind you, that's just my two cents. Try asking >>>/gd/.
