Issues with sending shortcuts

Looking for a way to send a folder containing shortcuts to someone else in a .zip and not have them fail to validate on their end.

The idea is that the shortcuts link to .bat files in the archive that do nothing so that they can have icons (since a .bat can't have an icon for some reason). However, when I send it as-is, the shortcuts are pathed to my computer specifically, so they fail.

If there's an easier way to do this, let me know. I'm having some issues here.

(Pic related, it's me being stupid.)

I don't think that's possible.
You could, instead, have a batch file that creates the shortcuts. But that's beyond my expertise at the moment.

Right-click them, and change the path to the executable from an absolute path (c:\users\kiddie\documents\furry_rape_simulator.bat) into a relative path (furry_rape_simulator.bat).

This might help?

It says that a relative path specified in the Target box isn't a valid path.

Using an extension called Relative seemed to help. Maybe I was just putting in the relative path wrong. Thank you, everyone! It works!

I fulfill your request by suggesting you stop using Windows like the little bitch you are. Try linux instead. Fedora is a nice linux OS to start with.
