I can't get any webM's to open, doesn't seem to matter which board.

I'm using the latest Firefox version on Windows 8.1, on campus internet (which has never previously been a problem).

Anyone know why?

mozilla probably has older versions archived on their main page. I just gave up and used vivaldi.

You should have uninstalled flash and shockwave, then reinstalled the latest flash after a reboot (for good measure).
I had this problem on Nightly some time ago. There's an old flash .dll who should be deleted or updated, but who isn't sometimes.
