I need to write a some C functions for a program.
A function that initializes a matrix with numbers 1.0, 2.0, .... nXn.
A function that prints the sums of each row
A function that prints the values on the diagonal. Only allowed a single loop
and a function that returns the minimum element of the matrix.
I have no idea what i am doing because the prof is awful and this is my second time in the class.
