I think my iPad was stolen in school and I was wondering if there was a way to find where it is without iCloud. I am pretty sure someone stole it but I want to know where the fucker is that stole it.
Can you access your iTunes purchase history? It may not give you a location to the fucker.
But you may be able to negate any transactions or track them down from any automatic picture set-ups like facebook or twitter.

Your school most likely has MDM on it. If you turned off location services, you fucked yourself over. As long as the iPad has power on and an open wifi signal, it will try and send out a GPS location when lost mode (or its MDM equivalent) is activated.
