Now i know you won't like all of these, I liked them all but you likely won't but that covers a multitude of different things and some of them most likely wouldn't be on your standard recommended list. It's the best i could do without knowing your specific taste in anime.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan is about a kid in a robot that beats up increasingly larger bad guy robots.
Valkyrie Drive is about lesbians on an island fighting each other with their magical abilities to turn into weapons after orgasming. make sure to find the uncensored version.
Hyouka is for artsy hipsters. TTGL is for innocent action loving children and Valkyrie Drive is for neckbeards. Pick one.

Not OP, but I've a similar issue either. It's not just animes, cartoons and reality shows in generals. I'd love for some recommendation as I've already seen so many content or I've just plain grew out of them. I'm starting to get bored, even of youtube.
