greetings /wsr/, I need your help identifying a type of aesthetic (if it is one). Basically the twitter account @FFD8FFDB is posting glitched-like images what appear to be from security cameras. (Pic related) I absolutely need more of it, but I have no idea if this type of aesthetic has a name. Anyone?

I dunno that I'd call it art, but I'm sure there are programs out there to generate compression artifacts on whatever your selected image
