Can someone help me getting access to my neighbours wifi?. Are there any programs for this ?

Put some sort of keylogger on your phone and try to get them to input it

What you do is you go visit your neighbour, and you ask "can I use your wifi?".
It's pretty straightforward.

Depends on the kind of encryption he's using. Aircrack for WEP, aircrack and reaver for WPA2.
I don't think you'll be able to use them if you're asking for spoonfeeding on something so basic though.
