Blood C+ I think? One of the Blood remakes was extremely bloody, the might all have been I haven't seen it in a while though.
Parasyte has some fairly bloody scenes.
Gologo 13 has a lot of violence but it's pretty shit.
Iria Zeiram has a few scenes that have what you're looking for I think.
Claymore has lots of blood as well, but the anime is shit.

Hellsing Ultimate, my guy. Never have I ever seen a more violent or gory anime series. Alucard is also an incredible antihero.

Black Lagoon isn't very gory (most of the time), but it's heavy on bloody action. It has its slower moments for story and characters, but it's still pretty bloody most of the time. The OVA has more gore than the main series.
(Also, it's one of the only shows where dub > sub.)
