It's being a while since i'm having this problem, any program i open gets like this, some parts of it just disappear, anyone have any idea what it could be and how to fix it?

that happens whenever i use up all avail memory (too many fonts loading, too many programs saving things in memory, too many resident programs running).

It makes sense, when i restart it works normally for a couple minutes, but it's really quick. So it could be a problem with my RAM cards?

It's more likely the problem is a software issue. We can test this theory by having you boot from a live linux usb/cd and opening a bunch of programs to use all the ram. Also run memtest or some other memory testing programs.
