So basically my phone keeps rebooting every time i turn it on and takes me to a new screen that says :

Emergency Data

The user data partition cannot be used again , please select operation as follows:

reboot
factory rest
backup

I have tried every single option but my phone wont factory reset and the phone just keeps restarting and bringing me back to the same page as above. PLEASE HELP
