What i do, is pretend i am a robot. For example,
>i get. home.
>i change into sportswear.
>wihout thinking ahead
>i get out of the house.
>go to the gym.
> workout.
>get home

What about things other than gym? Creative processes.
Watch TTGL, or something with yelling and robots like GaoGaiGar or Gunbuster or G Gundam.
Then, apply that yelling to your own lifestyle. Saitama's workout is actually pretty solid (I started it a few years ago and I'm in pretty good shape), and if you feel like you can't do it, just yell and listen to hotblooded j-rock from super robot anime.

Not a bad idea. I'll try that.
What I do when I procrastinate is, I create a mental limit to that activity, like thinking to myself "this is the last quest I do before quitting the game / this is the last video I watch on youtube before stopping". Sometimes, it doesn't work, but then when I resume procrastinating, I can't stop thinking about how my force of will is so weak. Usually, I will be so frustrated or depressed when thinking about it, that my "will" will get a boost and I'll stop what I'm doing because of that anger.
