Ok so could I please get your opinion on this build, guys? I am trying to get a decent under 1000 Euro gaming rig, did a lot of research so far and this is the best I could come up with..
Thanks in advance..
- Intel i5 6600k
- MOBO Asus Z170-A
- SSD Samsung 850 Evo 250 Gb
- Ati Radeon Sapphire Nitro R9 390 4GB OC
- Cooler Zalman CNPS5X Performa
- PSU Corsair CX600M
- Case Zalman Z11 Neo
- Kingston HyperX 4 GB DDR 4 2400 Mhz CL 15 ( am going to buy 1 or 3 other sticks of ram at the next paycheck for the dual channel, also I have a 1 TB HDD I will swap from my old rig).

Why not go with the 8GB 390?

Because Skylake is limited to 16GB.
It's suspected that Xeon will skip Skylake entirely, aside from some aimed at compute-only blades.
Why do you want to spend extra on DD4 when it doesn't even give a noticeable increase?
Wheres your HDD? You know an SSD won't speed up things for your games and all you're doing is wasting space on it putting games there that you can't really get rid of.

It'll still be useful in three years time, whereas DDR3 will be a keychain.

bro, read up, I said I have a 1TB HDD I will swap from my current rig..
Well honestly the price difference is so low I preffer getting the DDR4, since both mobo and cpu are built for it..look it up, I was amazed by the low price myself..

I would imagine "on the other end of a CAT5".
If it's not going to benefit from being on an SSD, it's not going to benefit from being local. Stick it on a shingled drive in a NAS, with all the other write-once-read-never stuff.
