I'm getting terrible screen tearing on both of my monitors,

I'm getting terrible screen tearing on both of my monitors,

Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

I'm getting terrible screen tearing on both of my monitors, I've tried almost every possible solution but nothing is helping.
Only thing I think could be causing it is the monitors running at different refresh rates, but nothing changes if it's just a single monitor connected or both being switched to 60hz.
Any secret remedies?
