How do I get rid of this? It loads too much when I keep moving it anywhere.
I tried to use Dosbox and Windows 3.1 to play old games. I messed up and this appeared when I deleted shit.

I'm pretty sure you can right-click the recycle bin and empty it without ever opening it.
If that doesn't work, go get someone who can work a command-line, and get them to go look in c:\recycler\ with an elevated cmd.exe and delete the file from there.

Boot up in safe mode and then try deleting the file.
