eh, someone used your current IP in 2014 and got themselves b&. since it's for ban evastion they just got a new IP and probably continued shitposting, leaving the ban to expire.

now your ISP has allocated that IP to you (dynamic IPs are quite common) - either just a routine change or you unplugged your router causing it to be given a new IP.

and since ever since that ban you're the first person to access 4chan on that IP you now see the old ban. since it's already over - no reason for concern.
