Anyone know something that's easy/calm and not really challenging? I don't play minecraft but sort of like peaceful minecraft.

You could just play Creative mode on Minecraft. That is the peaceful version of Minecraft. You just build stuff and enemies don't attack you and you can listen to Minecraft's soundtrack which is calm piano music.
