I have a problem with every .exe file When I try to install something,

Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

I have a problem with every .exe file
When I try to install something, for example, it opens, everything is working perfectly, but after 4-5 seconds the tab flashes and the buttons start flashing too, and the images disappear. One example is the Attorney Online game, in the image, I can hear all the sounds, but can't see shit
I never saw anyone having the same problem. I posted it in /g/ a few months ago, nobody had any idea of how to fix it
Since there probably aren't any fixes to this, where can I find some kind of program that emulates the .exe files?
