I've been having this issue since I moved to a new apartment, i think my pc has been damaged some how.
I get the issue in the picture frequently while playing WoW, D3, SC2, HotS, Skyrim, Space Engineers, styx: master of shadows.
Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix?

My gou/cpu, w/e im nit tech smart is amd a10-5700 radeon. It came with my prebuilt pc. Ive had it for almost 4 years now. I replaced its thermal paste in august.
